The shift from chatbot to coding agent

Claude Code rolled out across your team, with Skills that encode your rules, eval loops that guard quality, and pipelines that replace one-at-a-time work.

Claude Code Enterprise

01Advanced prompting, agents and MCP
02Live Claude Code setup on real tasks
03Skills libraries and eval loops
04Pipelines, capstone and handover
Team cohort 10 to 40 builders
Why this matters

Chatbots answer. Agents ship.

01

Every project restarts from scratch

No shared Skills, no encoded guidelines, no path from a good chat to a workflow that runs the same way every time.

02

Rules live in people's heads

Brand and review rules re-typed into every session, drifting with every teammate. Consistency depends on memory.

03

Internal tools nobody can rely on

One power user ships scripts; fifty colleagues depend on them. Without evals and testing discipline, they break when it matters.

What we deliver

A team that builds its own pipelines

Live Claude Code rollout

  • Every learner sets up Claude Code on a real task, live
  • Framed as a problem-solving agent, not a coding tool
  • Git and GitHub so pipelines are shared and versioned

Skills libraries

  • Your rules encoded once as reusable Skills
  • Applied automatically to every run
  • Owned by your team, extended after we leave

Eval loops & tool discipline

  • Automated checks that score output before it ships
  • TDD practice for tools the whole team relies on
  • Batch pipelines wrapping the tools you already run
The engagement

Four phases, ending in production

01

Foundation

Advanced prompting, automation, agents and MCP on the tools your team already lives in.

02

Claude Code + Skills

Live setup, Skills for your rules, eval loops for consistency, TDD for shared tools.

03

Pipelines

Batch generation and automation of the team's highest-volume manual work.

04

Capstone & handover

Each learner ships one pipeline on a real brief and hands it into daily production.

Questions

Asked before every cohort

Is this only for engineers?

No. Our largest Claude Code rollout is a creative team, and a current leadership cohort includes a CFO. Non-technical learners ship real tools by mid-program.

What's a Skills library, concretely?

Your operating rules captured once as reusable Skills that Claude applies automatically, instead of being re-typed into every session.

How do you keep AI output consistent?

Eval loops: automated checks that score every output against your rules and flag misses before anything ships.

What happens to the pipelines after the program?

They're yours: versioned in your repos, documented, and handed into production at the capstone, with mentor support for up to a year.

Do you provide licenses?

We can bundle Claude Pro for participants during training, with post-program seats quoted by actual power-user count so you never over-buy.

This program is running today with a D2C creative team building batch pipelines, and with non-technical senior leaders shipping dashboards.
