Function-specific training on the work they already do

Track spotlight

AI for HR teams

Our deepest department track. Every learner builds the tool that retires their most manual workflow.

What HR teams automate

  • Training records consolidated into live dashboards
  • Background verification checked automatically
  • Contractor payroll and compliance cross-checks
  • Multi-stage candidate communication on autopilot

How the track runs

  • Discovery with HR, IT and ops before the syllabus is written
  • Jargon-free modules, all on your own documents
  • A capstone tool per participant, built with a mentor
  • Demo day in front of your leadership

Data security first

  • Enterprise deployment: data stays in your environment
  • Never used for model training; full admin control
  • Designed around India's DPDP Act; proven under EU GDPR-aligned governance too
  • Migration paths to internal AI platforms
All tracks

Six tracks, one structure

Every track runs the same four-part shape. What changes is the workflow set, the example data, and the systems the exercises touch.

Questions

Before scoping a department track

How custom is a track, really?

The syllabus is written after discovery, not before. Session examples use your briefs, templates and data formats. No two client tracks have shared a session plan.

Can multiple departments run at once?

Yes. A common foundation phase for everyone, then department breakouts, each leaving with its own library.

What if our tools are restricted by IT?

The track is built inside your approved stack. We've delivered a full program entirely on Microsoft tools where policy required it.

Who teaches?

Working practitioners from companies like Flipkart, PhonePe, Google Pay and Glean, briefed on your workflows before session one.

Department tracks are running today across HR, creative, commercial and operations teams in manufacturing, D2C and events companies.

Pick the function where it hurts most

Bring one department and its most manual workflow. That's where every track starts.
