HomeAI Adoption

Access is not adoption

Adoption is the point where people use AI in their normal work without being prompted, and the work measurably changes. Every program here is built to reach that point.

The delivery model

Why these programs stick

01

Discovery before syllabus

Interviews with your team, often on-site, before a single session is written.

02

Your workflows, not examples

Every lab runs on the participant's own real work, so practice time is work time.

03

Assets, not attendance

Prompt libraries, Skills, dashboards and agents your organisation owns permanently.

The operating standard on every cohort: recordings on the LMS within an hour · attendance reports to leadership · dedicated mentors · demo day.

Six enterprise engagements delivered or in delivery across D2C, events, manufacturing and real estate.

Embedded with your team

Who shows up for your cohort

Not a rotating faculty. A named team, briefed on your workflows before session one.

01

Lead instructor

A working practitioner who runs every session, briefed on your workflows and systems before the program starts.

02

Dedicated mentor

Assigned exclusively to your cohort, with a fixed weekly slot and on-call doubt resolution throughout.

03

1:1 participant mentors

On select engagements, every participant gets their own mentor from day one until a year after the program.

04

Enterprise account manager

One point of contact for scheduling, reporting and everything commercial, from proposal to handover.

05

Tech & content team

On call for anything technically specific: a failing pipeline, a Skills configuration, an edge case in your stack.

+

Capstone-week practitioners

Extra Airtribe builders on hand during the final week, so every participant ships their tool live.

Questions

Before picking a rung

Which program should we start with?

Wherever it hurts most. Teams new to AI start with the baseline; teams with licenses but no adoption start with Claude Implementation; leadership teams often start with a half-day briefing. A 30-minute scoping call settles it.

How long do the programs run?

From a half-day executive briefing to 12-week cohorts. Most first engagements are 6 to 10 weeks with two live sessions a week.

Online or onsite?

Live online by default, recorded, on the Airtribe LMS. Discovery is often on-site, and offline workshops are available in major cities.

How does pricing work?

Per-learner or flat engagement fees, scoped after discovery. Tool licenses can be bundled. Exact commercials are confirmed in the proposal, not on a rate card.
